Roon deletes albums then slowly repopulates

Roon worked with no such issues for one year, now “deletes” all but 28 of my 900+ albums then tries to add them back to the collection. Roon has latest update running on a newer 2014 mac Mini Mac OS Mojave 10.14.1

Media is not deleted from the NAS, Roon just “loses” track of the albums then starts to repopulate. This is now happening daily.

Thanks for contacting support regarding this issue. How are you mounting your Synology NAS in Roon, are you using hostname or via IP address?

If you are using hostname, then mounting via IP address and reserve that IP in your Router settings might help a bit, but ultimately we have seen these kinds of issues with “disappearing tracks” on OSX and Brian provides some great details as to why it occurs here: (Roon on macOS not working with huge library).
