Description Of Issue
Roon Core display and Web Display not working.

I just signed up for my Roon Trial and installed my Roon Core on the above configration. I am getting a message on the Core display that Roon won’t run becuse the screen resolution is too small.

It is currently set at the Sony TV’s recommended setting of 1920X1080. I can run it only in full screen mode.

When I try to use the Web Display with the pasted URL, it displays the Roon splash screen, but nothing else. The display properties indicate that the driver is up to date.

Core Display

Just to verify here, you’re talking about the Roon UI and not the “Displays” feature, correct?

Can you confirm what the scaling settings are set to on the Core machine?

Web Display

After entering the URL, have you followed the instructions found here to enable it in Roon?
