Roon Dithering 24 bit files to 16 bit

Using a cocktail X45 with Roon and 24 bit files are being dithered down to 16 bit. How do we keep them native?

Is it in Roon Ready mode or is it using AirPlay?

Hi Brad, what is running the RoonServer and how it is connecting to the X45? USB or Ethernet?

Hi @brad,

Is the behavior the same if you reboot your Core and DAC? Does the same behavior occur for multiple file types (FLAC/WAV/ect.)? Do you have the newest drivers available installed on this PC? How is the DAC connected, via USB or Ethernet?
