Sadly there is not much in your description to go on with. So there is the general things to check for you:

Attention: Only if the OS of your Roon Server is very old and you are unable to update it!

Please see the resources above. Most importantly, try using the same Qobuz credentials to sign into their web account page. If these credentials function there, then log out and try again via Roon.

You can also verify that no third-party security software is blocking the request.
