My Mac mini I tunes crashed and computer keep shutting down and don’t know if related but now when I go to open roon it starts to open but just keeps spinning like it’s going to open but does not open and load-I deleted the app aged reloaded it but same thing-is there a fix? If I can get it fixed do I lose all my saved playlists etc…right now I can’t even get the app open???

Did you try resetting your parameter RAM (Command-Option-P-R held down on start up through 2 startup chimes) or doing a preference repair/disk repair from Disk Utility to see if that stops your crashing and allows Roon to open properly? These steps have worked for me during similar situations with other programs.
