Roon does not read my Bluesound Watched Folder

Networking Gear & Setup Details

Router is supplied by local provider WiFi and streaming on ethernet
yes I have a VPN but it is disconnected as Roon will not load if on.

Connected Audio Devices

Bluesound Vault2i streramsvia an RMEdac 2 into a Hegel 390 amplifier

Number of Tracks in Library

29503 tracks

Description of Issue

Watched folder from Bluesound Vault suddenly stopped working and told me to add files.
I have deleted this folder and ADDED again but I have a persistent error message: ERROR LOADING FOLDER NOT AUTHORISED
with an X

I have tried everything and I always enter as guest to set up shared folder.

Can you help please very much appreciated.
