Roon does not recognize database

Hi @Steve_Child — Looking at the logs, I see only RAATServer and some database registry files that were included, but not RoonServer logs from the Core. In the RoonServer folder on the QNAP there should be a Logs folder — Can you upload that as well?

Hi @Steve_Child,

Looking at the logs, I see that there are a number of networking errors when connecting to our servers. I’d like to try something and see if the behavior is different:

If you temporarily switch to the Mac as your Core are you able to connect to our servers and play music without issue?

I switched to my Mac and it works fine. Change back to the server

This morning Roon no longer recognizes my data base. If I use Qfinder it says there is a problem with Roon. Is this a QNAP issue?

Can you share a screenshot of what you’re seeing here?
