Description of Issue

My Roon all, of a sudden does not recognize my NAS drive. Was working fine yesterday. Under storage it’s missing! It can access Tidal and Qobuz, but not my library.

Under the KEF app I can access the media server, aka the NAS, but the app is far inferior to Roon and cumbersome for the NAS.

You didn’t specify what make your NAS was, or anything else about your system.

Nevertheless, there’s this if you’re using Synology.

QNAP, windows 10 pro, latest ROON; KEF LS 60 speaker system hardwired to router. Router is XFINITY QB8

So can you add it and what happens?

Can’t seem to be able to add it . Tried to enter pathway to NAS, but failed

Screenshots with the parameters you used and error messages would be useful to help diagnosis.

And checking that your Core and your NAS are still in the same IP subnet would be a good idea as well.

Did you Power Cycle everything? Windows, NAS, Router, Swtich etc.

Rebooted EVERYTHING. Works fine now! Thank you!
