Roon does not recognice that artist NHØP is the same as the famous bass player Niels-Henning Ørsted Perdersen.

I know that that is a common nickname for him…but has he released any albums that actually have NHØP printed on the spine?

The album I have is Scandinavian Wood from 1995.

Hi, I’ve checked our metadata and it appears than none of our metadata providers have NHØP as an alias to Niels-Henning Ørsted Perdersen. If it bothers you, there are a few options available to you.

  1. You can edit the name of the artist for the Niels-Henning Ørsted Perdersen instance.
  2. If that doesn’t automatically merge the two artists, you can do a manual merge of the “duplicates”.
