Roon does not run (prog not responding) post install on Surface

Installed Roon 64b then the 32b versions with the same disappointing results:

  1. Install fine, after install, it starts program
  2. It brings up the grey screen with the quote but the text seems distorted
  3. Opens up the white window in the background and nothing happens
  4. After a while, in the title of the window, say not responding and the app closes

Tried uninstall, reinstall and uninstall, reboot, install with same results

Surface Details:
i7-6650U CPU @ 2.2 GHz
16 GB RAM
64 bits OS
250 Gb SSD driv

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

Hello @CC1911,

This feels like a graphic driver problem. Try to update to the latest version and see if it gets any better.
