Same here. Roon no longer sees any zones. Neither 218 nor 210 nor 818.
The Roon @support team prefer one topic per customer’s issue… so they are able to track it and focus on each individual problem. hence I split out your topic.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so they have a clear understanding of how your devices are connected.
My system was working fine until a few days ago when all zones disappeared. Rebooted all, including the switches - but no luck.
Here is the composition of my system.
iPad Pro 12.4
Galaxy S21 Ultra
Nighthawk RAX 120-100
Cicso & Netgear
Meridian 218 with DSP 5200SE
Meridian 818v3 with DSP 8000SE
Meridian 210 with DSP 3200
48TB on Qnap
have you tried, if this instruction, in regards to a TIDAL issue, solves the problem?
Will need to ask the Meridian specialist / dealer in Vienna to solve this issue for me…
Shame though that Roon still is not stable and therefore very hard to suggest to and be operated by senior citizens or not highly tech savy, regular audiophiles.

It sure was difficult but he managed to get my system going again, after spending a couple of hours… now all sorted. Frustrating nevertheless.
