I still can’t add it from Tidal
Same here. Yesterday i added some new albums in tidal, waited 24h but they don’t show up in Roon. What is going on? (Not the album)
Edit, that’s a quick respond. They just showed up. Thank you Roon.
As a workaround you can find them in Tidal app and add them to a playlist. Then play it in Roon.
Is there something I should be doing differently to manually update my system? When I click on the Tidal heading within Roon the “new releases” are all from August. My Roon software is all up to date but the Tidal titles never update with actual new releases. If I search for items I can find them and add them to my library but I can’t browse new releases in Tidal through Roon. I have to see what is new on Tidal using my phone and then manually search for the items in Roon.
This is slightly off-topic but I just want to say thank you for bringing this superb jazz orchestra to my attention.

Oh yeah, now that you mention it, I remember being excited about that when it was introduced. Kinda fell behind because it didn’t actually update on Friday…or sometimes even on the weekend but it was still something…guess it went bye bye…
The disappointing thing is that there were complaints about the delayed publishing late last year and Roon staff apologised and then just let it fade. I love Roon but I’m disappointed in their communication and accountability. The Opra database is another thing they never update, it’s these little things that make me stay month to month as I’m scared to commit to a lifetime license to a company with such poor direction and lack of transparency.
I assume that you missed this?
Does anyone notice this problem appearing again? I have both Qobuz and Tidal subscriptions configured in Roon and for some reason, all I see are Qobuz adds and none of my Tidal adds are syncing to Roon. Even if I try to add an album within Roon, it does not add or show up in my Adds view. Has this b en fixed? If so, what do I do?
The problem in this thread was that new releases didn’t show up at all (so you couldn’t even add them) and yes, this was fixed.

New album releases on Tidal took a couple of days to arrive in Roon this week. Really poor
This has always been the case, this thread was dealing with a bug that new didn’t show at all , as far as I know its fixed
The delay is presumably down to Roon’s interogation of the Tidal catalogue
