Description of Issue
for two days roon does not start on windows 10.
A black robe pops up with the roon logo and it’s still charging.
I uninstalled the video card drivers and installed the latest to intel uhd 630, igfx_win10_100.9616 did not help.
drivers igfx_win10_100.9466 also did not help.
I uninstalled roon and reinstalled, without result but I did not delete the old database only roon system files.
I exclude network problems everything works.
this PC, it is a dedicated pc exclusively to roon. About 4 years worked without any problems. 
I had a roon account connected to tidal. tidal license ended a few days ago but when it happened before roon and so it connected. To be sure, I extended this thread to you before sending it to you.
Windows 10 and roon are installed on a separate M2 disk, and the library with music on a 4TB HDD.
Request for assistance in order to restore the system to operation.
