Description of Issue

I have installed the roon core on a QNAP TS-251 NAS and it works very well with WAV-Files, but it does not work with M4A-Files. What is the Problem and how can I solve it?

The problem may be how Qnap utilises the ffmpeg codec which is needed to decode most files. ffmpeg needs to be on the core device for Roon to work. You will need to search here or contact Qnap for workarounds.

Thanks for your Help! After copying ffmeg to the correct folder it works also with M4A Files.
