· Blue sound works fine with all my other sources and was working fine with a WiiM mini and schiit mimir

Thank you for reaching out. To help you, could you please share a bit more detail:

  1. What Bluesound Node model do you have?
  2. Does the Node appear in Roon under Settings → Audio at all, or is it completely invisible?
  3. Are your Roon Server and the Node connected to the same network?

Hi @vetmedrobert,

Our diagnostics servers show you have two Roon Server machines active since you posted.

There is a Bluesound Node connected to one of these server instances as a Roon Ready Zone. You won’t be able to pair to the Zone with two servers simultaneously, and you’ll require a second Roon license in order to avoid switching back and forth between the authorized server.

Can you clarify which computer you intend to use to host Roon Server?

I use a mac mini, I have no idea why you would think I have 2 servers
