Roon doesn't recognize Synology NAS

Hello Support,

I have a iMac27 and 2 Synology NAs’s.

Problem is that Roon doesn’t recognize the NAS’s so that I cannot acces my music on the NAS’s.

It’s either:

Invalid path name
or
Unknown error

Can you help me out ?

Moving forward, to help aide in our evaluation of this behavior you are reporting may I very kindly ask you to please provide me with the following:

  1. Please confirm that the mentioned NASs can be reached outside of Roon from the iMac currently hosting your Roon core.

  2. Please provide a screenshots of how you are trying to add these storage devices in Roon.
