iMac Pro running OS Monterey 12.4
Ethernet LAN on a Comcast Arris router.
Using a Trinnov Altitude 32 connected by wired connection. Read as an ASUS computer by the iMac.
not an issue.
Roon doesn’t recognize the trinnov as the Roon output device.
I thought you had resolved this as a network issue?
A different problem now or?
It’s part of the same problem. I rearranged the cables and Roon worked great. Unfortunately, my Control 4 and Apple TV went off-line. “Unintended consequences”? Anyway, at least now the computer sees the Trinnov, at least as an ASUS computer. Before it was not even in the network. Still, it doesn’t recognize it as a playback device. I really need an 18 y/o who lives in his moms basement to come out and fix my network, since that is the issue.
My Trinnov installer calibrator is going to try and resolve it, although he doesn’t really know Roon. At least he knows how to network things in.
