Hello, since two weeks Roon doesn’t run on my Mac book pro running with the Mac OS Big Sur Version 11.5.2. Audio devices Devialet Phantom 1 Light Chrome Roon ready. Ethernet connection is 12 Mbps.
when I start Roon I the screen remains white with the black Roon logo in the middle (logo is moving).
I tried everything to make Roon run again. Uninstall and install.
Virus search and there is no possibility to call a helpline and explain the problem.

Can you try this:
- Exit out of Roon/Roon Server
- Navigate to your Roon Database Location -
Database\Registry\Core
- Locate your tidal_account file and delete it
- Try to start Roon again
