Roon doesn't start after Windows update

I have the same problem. I have been on 1.8 for some weeks. on the 11th of August, I ran a Windows update after which Roon does not start properly. I get the Roon icon but even after many (8 or 9) hours nothing else. The server has not started since I can’t access from my tablet either.
