HELLO ROON TEAM
I have been noticing that Roon can see some alguns in my NAS. most of them are Flac files
If I remember, in the past (several months back) Roon was showing than correctly
Roon also shows different versions of the same album, but after I tried power cycle ( Roon Core and NAS), other albums only appears the TIDAL VERSION, and my Flac files cannot be localised.
those files are not in the skipped list.
I can play them without problem from the NAS using other software

I have also tried to delete some of them (unseen folder and albums) from NAS, force rescan, and copied 3 of them back to the NAS, and Roon still cannot see them.

I really don’t understand what’s going on here. please help

Hello @david_de_lucena, and thanks for your report! To clarify, it sounds like you’re missing media? Could you please send me a screenshot of the missing media in the storage location? Have you checked the skipped files section in Roon for these tracks?
