Roon download issues on MAC

Hello

I am currently trying to download Roon on my MacBook Pro and it shows almost 4 hours. I did the same on my wife’s Mac and same situation. I tried to do the same on Windows and it went very fast without any issues.
Do you know what is the problem? Apart of laptop everything is the same.

How are your devices connected to the internet?

What version OS on the MacBooks?

All devices are connected via Wi-FI. MAC OS Monterey v 12.2.1

Update.
Finally I managed to download and install Roon app on Mac and Windows. Windows works without any issues. Mac (OS Monterey) after couple of seconds starts going slowly and showing an info about Tidal connectivity issues.
