Can I have PEQ per channel? I know that I can export convoluted from REW that have information for both channels, but can I enter PEQ for each speaker so I can get the same result?
Why would I want to do that? to have better control of the filters.

You can do this by using Procedural EQ to split out the channels and apply a PEQ to search.
