I’ve purchased an Eversolo DMP10. It apparently supports being a Roon End Point. I can’t see a Roon option in the player so I’ll download Roon and, with any luck, point it the DMP10.
I had Roon running on a 3rd party server (Trigon). Pretty awful frankly. I assume one needs to delete all traces of Roon from any other device in the general location (PCs, phone).
Is there a way to check with Roon and ensure there’s only one account?

I think you need to provide a few more details,
Do you have a running Roon server?
In Settings - Audio, do you see the Eversolo DMP10?
Is the Eversolo DMP10 connected to the same wifi as the Roon server?
Regarding one account, its very unlikely that you have mulitple accounts as that would mean your paying 2x monthly/yearly subscriptions.
The Eversolo is Roon Ready, which means it is a streamer designed to work with Roon. You’ll need to run Roon server on another computer and sign in using the email and credentials used here (SSO.)
You can also visit your account to check your subscription.
If Roon says you’re already signed in to another server, simply disconnect, and use the new server.
