Roon Error 500 Service unavailable

Never had any major issues with Roon, but this afternoon, Roon is not playing anything and is skipping from track to track on my Roon remote app as well as my Roon desktop app. Tidal is working fine on my desktop PC.

I started looking if my Ultrarenu is powered correctly, rebooted the Ultrarendu, PC and Roon app without any success. Started investigating from sonicorbiter.com site to validate if I had any connectivity to the Roon server and I don’t. I’m getting an error message when using ‘ROON diagnostics’ from my Ultrarendu displaying ‘Roon Error 500 Service unavailable’ .

Issue resolved. Sonicorbiter.com diagnostic screen indicated that I had no DAC connected. Disconnected/reconnected the USB cable and everything is back to normal.
