Roon exits all the time

Description of Issue

Seems to have got worse since win 11. Roon randomly exits after it has been playing for a few tracks, often by itself it will just stop playing and exit.

Additionally it will hang when you click on window when music is playing fine, freeze then close and msoft error report.

I am listening to music via Roon core on same PC.

It’s great to see you on the Roon Community! You have my sincerest apologies for the delayed response here, we’ve been dealing with a higher-than-usual volume following our release and we’re working as quickly as we can to get back to everyone.

In order to better understand your setup, could you please fill out the rest of your system info? Are you listening to Roon from your system output when the crash occurs?

If possible, please take note of the date and time this happens, as well as the track that was playing, and share that information here. From there, we’ll enable diagnostics on your account.

Getting similar issue. I find that Roon exits by itself after it has been inactive for some time, then clicking the Home button fails to wake it up and Roon just exists. I looked in the logs and there was nothing in there to indicate anything was going wrong. The last logs were related to grabbing images from the Roon servers. You can see in the log below where Roon was sleeping, when it woke up, and what happened before it exited.
