Analyzing your diagnostic data, we see that your device behaviour aligns with the issue that is currently is under investigation by the R&D team.

The device restart should temporarily resolve the poor performance.

Here’s how you can help:

  1. Follow this guide to allocate your database

  2. Zip up your RoonServer folder (right-click it and select “Compress…”):

  3. Submit the .zip file to us through our Database portal
