I’ve automounted a smb share on my iMac. When I try to export music to that folder Roon does nothing, just spins and no tracks get copied. I can go into finder and work directly with the mount to my hearts content.
I’ve also tried just browsing to the smb share manually and exporting to it. Same result.

What are the details of this setup? Roon Remote? Roon Server?
We’ll look into this, but I just want to make sure we’re trying to reproduce using the same setup as you.
Roon Server is the latest version running on Windows Server 2012 R2.
Roon Remote is latest version running on latest version of OSX on an iMac. The SMB share is on a Synology NAS.
