Roon export to Soundiiz stuck on 'Saving' (ref#7PLUC2)

I'm trying to export Roon playlists for use in Soundiiz but Roon seems to be stuck on 'Saving' and doesn't create the desktop file. This happens with the Soundiiz option and also the CSV option.

Thank you for reaching out to Roon Support.

We attempted to enable diagnostics for your account, but the logs did not show any errors related to exporting.

Could you please let us know if other export types — such as Excel or Folder — are also affected?

Additionally, are you able to successfully export a newly created playlist that contains multiple tracks?

Your answers will help us narrow down the issue and provide the best solution.

Thanks for your response.

I have also tried Excel but that doesn’t work either.

I did have success with a newly created playlist.

However, I have actually found an easier workaround and that is simply to copy the playlist into Tidal within Roon and that works perfectly.

We are glad to hear that you find a workaround for this problem.

I wanted to touch base with some good news, which is that our technical team has been able to reproduce this behavior and we’ve opened up a bug report with our developers.

While I can’t say for certain when this bug will be fixed, getting things reproduced in-house is a critical first step and work begins to get this resolved. Thanks again for the report!

I have the same problem but it’s intermittent. What I can however say with certainty is that small playlists (20-30 songs) are not affected, rather playlists with hundreds of songs seem to cause the issue.
