Roon takes minutes to load Qobuz pages, locally stored music and even is slow when I disable Qobuz. My wireless WiiM Pro running Qobuz on bedroom system works fine.

Sonic is my provider and I use Amplifi wireless but not with my Roon server/streamer. Everything is Ethernet.
I am sorry to hear that you have been dealing with this extreme slowness for the past couple of months. Waiting minutes for pages to load completely disrupts the listening experience, especially when your network is hardwired and your other devices, like the WiiM Pro, are streaming without issue.
To get to the bottom of why your pre-built server is struggling to load both local and Qobuz content, we need to get a look under the hood at your Roon Server logs.
To help our technical staff pinpoint the exact cause of the hang-ups, we need to correlate a fresh timestamp of the issue with your diagnostic data. Could you please perform the following steps?
Reproduce and Record: Open Roon, trigger the slow loading behavior (e.g., trying to load a Qobuz page or a local album), and note the exact date, time, and your local timezone when the slowness occurs.
Gather Logs: Please use the directions found here to manually collect a set of logs from your Roon Server machine.
Upload: Send those log files over to our File Uploader.
Once your logs have been uploaded, please reply to this thread with the timestamp you recorded. We will then check the server for your files and have the team investigate exactly what is bogging down your system.
On Aug. 4 at 6:20 am pacific time I accessed Roon. It showed a previously played album on Qobuz and I hit play. It took 2 minutes to play that album. While I waited I browsed Qobuz and it took 2 minutes to get new releases and attempt to load a new album.

We’ve identified the playback event you’re describing in the logs.
This particular delay resulted from a sudden loss in bandwidth in the connection between Roon Server and the Qobuz API while attempting to download the track:
Note that the API is still serving data, just below the minimum threshold required to feed the buffer and prevent playback from stopping. Roon’s response here is to delay playback until the buffer has sufficient data to stop without interruption in the first few seconds.
A little later in the listening session, the Qobuz connection dropped while playback was already ongoing. In this case, sample loss becomes inevitible. Roon Server isn’t receiving data fast enough to feed the endpoint, and the audio stops.

If you haven’t already, try ensuring a reliable DNS service is assigned in the router settings. The Qobuz API serving Roon uses a completely separate network pathway than the Qobuz native app, and if URLs for browsing content and tracks aren’t resolving fast enough, Roon will have to retry them. This can add latency to the connection and occasionally even break playback.
What is the network pathway locally between your router and the Innuos? We need to ensure this network is optimized to serve Roon to prevent any sample dropouts during transport to the endpoint, as well.
