Roon will not connect to Roon Server
it is a wireless network using an ASUS router
Where is your Roon Server located?
How is it connected to your network?
Has it ever worked?
What remotes are you using?
How sre they connected?

Thanks for bringing your issue here, let’s try to have a look at it.
First thing - can you please reattach your screenshot of the issue as it seems it is not uploaded correctly here.
Other thing is which device you are using as Roon Remote ?
Have you been able to connect it before ?
Do other devices connect to it properly ?
We can see that your mac is running Roon Server. Are you able to manage roon on the same mac ?
And the questions from @Glimmer would be nice to answer.

My Roon server is my Apple laptop.
It is connected to my network wirelessly and was working perfectly. I am using Roon on my mobile to control it remotely. It is also connected to the same network wirelessly and was also working perfectly. I do, however, usually use Roon directly on the laptop.
I am not very computer literate, I’m afraid, but everything on the network is operating correctly. The only thing I can think of is the laptop did a software update and I think it was after that, that Roon stopped working.

I’m using my iPhone as a Roon remote but usually use my laptop directly. Both were working perfectly.
No connection issues with anything else.

If you click on “Select a different Roon Server” on this screen and then choose “Use this Mac as the Roon Server”, does it work for you?
