Roon fails to display cover art for some Qobuz albums (ref#Y3RWEJ)

Roon does not show cover art of some Qobuz albums. Cover art of these albums are visible at Qobux though

Can you please try to clear the image cache, that might help.

You need to go to Settings > Setup > Clear Image Cache > Clear Cache .

Hi @kimmo_ilomaki,

When images fail to download but Qobuz playback is unaffected, then RoonServer is usually having difficulty reaching/resolving image server URLs.

First, try clearing the cache as suggested in the post above. The next step is to ensure that Roon is added as an exception to any third-party network security (antivirus, firewalls, etc).

The next step is to ensure that your router has a reliable DNS server assigned - we recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1) or QuadNine (9.9.9.9).

If you’re using a consumer VPN with Roon, please first try turning it off, or switching proxy locations.
