Our diagnostic servers indicate that your Roon Server machine is running an outdated build (1608) and has not been online in at least twelve days.
Please ensure that Roon is safelisted in any network security or antivirus software you have installed. We recommend ensuring a reliable DNS server is assigned in the router to ensure that Roon’s requests to authentication servers and update servers can resole properly. Usually, we recommend Cloudflare (1.1.1.1).
Do you have a reliable Backup? Please try deeply uninstalling and reinstalling the server to force the latest update.
Exit out of RoonServer if it’s running. Double-check you have a Backup.
Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the server to force an update to the latest build? Please follow the steps shared in my post above before checking Settings → About in Roon to see if you’re on the latest build.
