Hi @amddaly6,

Thank you for your post. Roon Server’s minimum requirements have changed after the latest update.

With Build 1653, Roon Server moved to a new runtime that requires glibc 2.27 or later and OpenSSL 1.1.1 or later on Linux. Based on your system info available to our diagnostic servers, your Zen Mini is running an older version of innuOS that very likely does not meet these updated requirements, which would explain why Roon Server can’t load your library after the update.

Unfortunately, this is something we’re unable to resolve from our end. Roon does not test or support Innuos devices as Roon Server hardware, and Innuos is aware of this. You can read more about that here: About the Innuos category

The next step is to contact Innuos Support directly and ask whether a new innuOS release is planned that will meet Roon’s updated Linux requirements (glibc 2.27+ and OpenSSL 1.1.1+). They are best placed to advise on the roadmap for your specific hardware.

In the meantime, the best option is to move Roon to a compatible Windows, PC, or Linux machine that you can use a server in the meantime. You can continue using your Zen Mini as a Bridge/streamer/endpoint in Roon.

We understand that this is a massive inconvenience and we apologize. Ultimately, this is a hardware/OS compatibility issue that sits outside of our full control.
