The images you shared show 2628 albums on your Home screen but only 1717 in your “My Albums” browser. This discrepancy—and the reason certain items seem to be missing from your recent activity—is directly tied to the Show hidden tracks and albums toggle being set to “No” in your General Settings. When this is turned off, Roon automatically hides duplicate versions of albums, which filters what appears in your main browser and activity feeds.

To help us confirm exactly how Roon is grouping these files behind the scenes, we need to take a closer look at one of the specific items you are having trouble with.

Could you please navigate to an album that you feel is missing from your recent activity and share a screenshot of the Versions tab for that specific album?

What is the error you see in the top right corner of the screen under the right exclamation mark?

Ah, I see what you mean about the Show Hidden Tracks and Albums setting. I tried toggling that and it does explain that difference between 2628 and 1717. I’ll continue to keep hidden music not showing. See attched slide deck with the screenshots you requested. Thanks.

Thanks for the screenshots! The error you shared isn’t related to missing activity or play history. There are a handul of different reasons as to why a backup failed, you can navigate to Roon Settings > Backup to review further information and attempt a manual backup if desired.

For your second screenshot, it looks like both Qobuz and Tidal have a version of this album, are you saying that you are specifically missing the Tidal version in your recent activity? As of now, it looks like only the Qobuz version has been added to your Roon library.
