Roon fails to start on Windows after initial success, two-step verification issue (ref#XRC1XX)

Hi! What’s not quite right with Roon?

· I can't get Roon to work on my Windows computer. Initially, it worked without any problems. Since yesterday, the program hasn't started. Yesterday, I also couldn't log in to my Roon account; it displayed a message that two-step verification was required. Today, the login works. On my smartphone, all functions work properly.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this question.

As we can see, you do not have 2FA enabled on your account, which makes it unusual for the system to ask you for two-step verification.

Could you please try to reset your password and sign in again to Roon Server on your PC.
