Description of Issue

Hello folks, I’m experience the Roon won’t start issue.

Following the advise within the Forum, I have in this order:

  • Disabled Windows Firewall and attempted to restart Roon
  • Moved the Cache and Database folders and attempted to restart Roon
  • Deleted the Tidal account and attempted to restart Roon
  • Updated the graphic driver to Intel branded and dated 6-1-2022 and attempted to restart Roon
  • Reinstalled Roon, which did enter the install dialog and logged into Tidal but failed to remain loaded.

I have the following files located at this Google Drive:

  • Window snippet of the Graphic Driver
  • Windows System Information window snippet
  • Uploaded Event Log (evtx) output as directed in support post

For me, on Win 11, I am finding that Roon seems to work fine - until I sign in to Tidal. Then it simply will not start.

Fixed. After performing the above I completely reinstalled Roon server fresh with no user settings and then reinstalled Roon Server and restored from a backup. Removed shared files.
