None of these topics apply. ROON will not boot up; it flashes home page for a millisecond then shuts off. I’ve unplugged several times and left it unplugged for 5 days to try to boot up and it does the same thing. I’ve rebooted entire WiFi, NAS, and streaming devices and it still does not work. Everything else in my system works correctly. Where do I send it for repairs?
I saw this and wonder what it was you was wanted to send back as it would not really apply to your Mac, I then read down your first as saw that you had put Nucleus+ under Connected Audio Devices rather than Roon Core. I’ve just adjusted that and also moved this topic to Nucleus Support.
Ok On to troubleshooting …
The first thing that needs establishing is what version of Roon is running on the Nucleus and if it not current it needs updating.
To do this you need to look at the Nucleus’ Web Admin Page… normally this can be accessed via the Remote GUI but as the remote is failing use this alternative method …
