I’ve been trying out Roon since July and decided I don’t want to be without it. Bought the Lifetime subscription today.
I guess that decision had already been made when I changed from running Roon on my Desktop with a wireless connected to building a NUC and using an HDMI connection.
But the kicker was starting to use DSP. Simple stuff, take 1 db off the top, add 2 db to the bottom, for low volume listening at night. Its great and I know it does way more than that. A Digital Sound Processor with an i7 quad for a playground, or an equalizer on steroids without the sliders.
It just keeps getting better. Learning new stuff about it every day.
