I’ve enabled diagnostic mode for your account and what this action will do is the next time your Roon server is active, a set of logs will be automatically generated and uploaded to our servers for analysis.
Please clarify whether you can see the Roon server running in the taskbar?
Have you tried closing Roon and the Roon server and starting it again?
Hi @cafiero767,
I agree with @Mike_O_Neill. Please quit Roon, reboot your router, Mac and any network hardware like switches. Then start up Roon again. Let us know if that gets you back into Roon.
The screenshot you attached to your post shows Roon is analyzing new music in your library. This can be a fairly RAM intensive process. You can try changing the analysis speed in Roon settings → Library with these two settings.
Try setting background audio analysis speed to throttled and see if it improves performance. You can also let Roon run the analysis overnight and it will likely be done by the time you want to use Roon again.
