Roon Rock, KEF Wireless Speakers all connected via Ethernet, EERO 6+ Network. System plays one or two songs from Tidal then freezes. System will play music stored on an attached hard drive without a problem. I have logged out of Tidal and logged in to no effect

Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. Is this only happening with your KEF speaker? If so we are currently investigating an issue like this. Can you please reproduce the freeze and let us know the date and time that it happens? Once you do we will activate diagnostics on your account and analyze your logs.
