· Good morning, I wanted to report a problem I'm having using Roon with Lumin U2 mini. Basically, when I change the output settings from USB A to Coax or Optical, Roon stops playing. It either freezes or doesn't move forward. I tried with Qoboz Connect and this doesn't happen by changing the outputs on the Lumin. So to solve it, I did everything possible: turning everything on and off, the network, and resetting everything. But nothing. Switching to another output, Roon freezes. After hours. I tried switching the outputs, going into settings and disabling Lumin from the Roon audio setup, and reactivating it with the new output works. I'm asking for your help in this regard. With Qoboz Connect everything works perfectly, so there's a bug in the latest update in my opinion. Or a problem with Lumin. Please let me know your opinions and possible solutions. Changing output on the fly during Roon playback is not supported.

You need to have chosen one output then begin playback.

If you have to change the output, you’ll need to stop playback, turn off Lumin app setting of Roon Ready, change the output, then turn Roon Ready back on, and play again.

This is by design, not a bug.

Hi, thank you so much for your very clear answer. I can assure you it didn’t do it before because I played around with it a lot to figure out the best way to do it. In any case, the least of the problems is turning it on and off on the Lumin app, and thanks for the suggestion. The important thing is that I can hear the music in the end. Much appreciated. Bye
