Is there a way to turn off this behavior, or a workaround?
Here’s the problem I’m having: The Dark Shadows Soundtrack Collection is like over 6 hours of music cues. Roon thinks this is a classical composition or something and groups all 331 tracks together. No one in their right mind would want to listen to this. When it comes up on random play, it can bog down the whole system because there are so many tracks together.
Roon also groups together tracks when there is a (Part 1) & (Part 2), etc… This is not classical music, and if I wanted the separate tracks played together, I would have ripped them as a single track. I’d like separate tracks to play separately. I’ve tried “un-identifiying” an album as a workaround but Roon persists in grouping the parts together as one.
