Description of Issue

Often the App will just not responding and crash. Mainly after the mac was on sleep for long period.

Ben with the support team here, thanks for taking the time to write in! If possible, if you could please reproduce the issue and share the track playing, as well as the specific date and time, that would be helpful!

In the meantime, I would also test out hardwiring your mac core directly to your router and let me know if your issue persists.

As I mention it happen almost everyday after the mac as been a sleep so no track is playing

This means connecting your Mac Mini to the router using an Ethernet cable.

Hey @andre_girard1,

Thanks for the update! A more specific time stamp would certainly help, if possible.

Please refresh your database as a next step as well:

• Create a Backup of your current database
• Exit out of Roon
• Navigate to your Roon Database Location
• Find the folder that says “Roon”
• Rename the “Roon” folder to “Roon_old”
• Reinstall the Roon App from our Downloads Page to generate a new Roon folder
• Verify if the issue persists on a fresh database before restoring the backup

I’d also remove any network switches or third-party network gear between your core and router during testing too.
