I work for a dealer that sells Roon we have a client whose Roon Nucleus stopped working suddenly while using it and now it will not show up online. The Network switch that it is plugged into shows a link light on the port and other devices connect to the Ethernet port without issue.
We have tried rebooting the Nucleus.
I would like to get in contact with someone to see about a replacement device as this device should still be under warranty. I did not see any number to contact Roon directly this was the only form of support I saw available.
