Description of Issue

Roon says track is not available from Tidal even when it in my library.

Albums in my data base play fine but Qobuz says there are no files and Tidal says tracks are no longer available

I’ve seen this before a couple of times. Clicking on the “heart” symbol twice to engage and disengage the favorites filter solved it for me. Perhaps some kind of UI glitch?

Hey @Steve_Child, thank you for letting us know, I’m sorry for the trouble.

I wanted to check in to see if you’re still experiencing this issue?

If so, there are a few steps that you can take.

If you haven’t done so already, please log out of Qobuz and TIDAL in Roon, complete a full reboot of your Core device (turn off device, unplug for a few minutes, plug back in, and turn on), and log back in to Qobuz and TIDAL through Roon.

The next step would be to clear the cache. To do this, please follow the instructions below:

  • Exit out of Roon
  • Find and open your Roon database
  • Navigate to /Library/Roon/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon and verify if the issue still occurs

Please let us know if that does not help to provide a fix. Thank you!
