Roon has lost connection to NAS

Core Machine (Operating system/System info/Roon build number)

iMac (27 inch) late 2013 with macOS High Sierra / Roon version 1.7 (build 571)stable

Network Details (Including networking gear model/manufacturer and if on WiFi/Ethernet)

Synology NAS connected via ethernet

Audio Devices (Specify what device you’re using and its connection type - USB/HDMI/etc.)

iMac

Description Of Issue

have lost connection to the Synology NAS via Roon. the connection has been working fine for sometime. I can axes the music files that I am trying to gain access to via the iMac using another media program, but as instated below the network connection through Roon is disconnected

I recommend deleting the folder/link and creating a new link/folder to the NAS.

Make sure you are mounting the NAS folder using SMB and then entering the login in credentials for the NAS.

Was there any change to your setup around the time this started occurring?

Can you give your Core machine and NAS a reboot and let us know if that helps?
