Roon has stopped working 64 windows10

roon has stopped frequently after playing several tracks.
all windows key shutdown.( freeze )
i have to restart computer power off and on.
what can i do ?

another program working well wihout roon.
samsung ssd 850 evo 250gb,
maximus vIII impact board
intel core i5 - 6600 3.3 ghz

Can you make sure you have Microsoft’s Media Pack installed? You can find it here.

Try installing that, and then restarting your computer and opening Roon. If you’re still stuck, we’ll take a look and get this resolved.
