Roon has stopped working on my android tablet

Hello,
I have a problem, for a few days Roon for Android no longer detects Roon Server.
For over a month everything has been working perfectly.
What happen?

system: intel xeon processor; 16 GB DDR4 Ram; M.2 SSD; Win 10 Pro
Music Server and Tablet are configured with Static IP;
One audio device via ASIO Driver; when I start the App from the tablet, I only see a black screen. No core is detected
