This shouldn’t be necessary. What did change a while ago, however, was that SSO (single sign-on) was implemented to simplify log-in across several devices. Technically, this means that sign-on is now being done through the device’s web browser and thus can be affected by browser settings, cookies, and similar:
If turning off content blockers doesn’t help, try deleting any Roon cookies.
yes I always encounter the same problem with Roon application every time I leave it and I enter it whether on

it is not browser related either on Safari or Chrome idem, in the Roon app in settings everything is OK launch Roon on Ipad IOS

As mentioned, this is usually caused by content blockers and/or cookie blockers. This post explains in more detail how the log-in works and what to do if it doesn’t. (It says ARC but is the same for the regular Roon control app):
