Roon ignores one folder

I use Roon since a year without big issues. But today, I wanted to listen an album from my collection and surprise ! It has dissapeared. Autocompletion is working so Roon knows that it was there once but then I get the message “this album has been deleted”.
RoonServer is on an Ubuntu headless server and music files are stored on my Synology DS411j NAS.
I first checked if the flac files were there. I can play them on my computer so everything is OK on this side.

Then I forced a rescan for my library but got the same result.
Then I sshed to RoonServer and looked through the Logs.

Everything seems ok :
12/02 21:52:40 Debug: [music/storage] importing file 67:0:EZ3kiel/Versus Tour Live 2004/Disc 1 - 8 - Lac des Signes.flac from
12/02 21:52:40 Debug: [music/storage] importing file 67:0:EZ3kiel/Versus Tour Live 2004/Disc 1 - 9 - 3 rue Monplaisir.flac from
12/02 21:52:40 Trace: [identification] <367663> Identifying album [EZ3kiel - Versus Tour Live 2004] with 12 tracks

But 2s later I get :
12/02 21:52:42 Debug: [music/storage] processing simple delete for 67:0:EZ3kiel/Versus Tour Live 2004/Disc 1 - 8 - Lac des Signes.flac from
12/02 21:52:42 Debug: [music/storage] LibraryTrack[3001650, EZ3kiel - Versus Tour Live 2004 - Lac des Signes IsAvailable=True IsDeleted=False ]
12/02 21:52:42 Debug: [music/storage] processing simple delete for 67:0:EZ3kiel/Versus Tour Live 2004/Disc 1 - 9 - 3 rue Monplaisir.flac from
12/02 21:52:42 Debug: [music/storage] LibraryTrack[3001906, EZ3kiel - Versus Tour Live 2004 - 3 rue Monplaisir IsAvailable=True IsDeleted=False ]

My main library is based on the /music mount point.
If I add a second library /music/EZ3kiel, I get all the albums back. If I delete (or disable) this second library, those albums disappears.

I’ve double checked the permissions on the /music/EZ3kiel directory but nothing is wrong. EZ3kiel has 10 sub directories, each one is an album. I’ve got +11k tracks, sounds good to me so this isn’t a general issue.

So, what’s going on ?

Hey @Jean-Damien_Bouvierthis article explains the most common reasons. Give it a read, and if it doesn’t help @support can take a deeper look.

That happened because I had renamed the directory EZ3kiel to Ez3kiel (or the other way, I don’t remember)
Anyway, this is solved by now.
